SDMO Industries (the corporate entity behind the Kohler Brand in EMEA) is committed to an approach in favor of professional equality and intends to promote actions in favor of gender equality and parenthood within the Kohler Group. In accordance with the so-called "Avenir professionnel" law of September 5, 2018, SDMO Industries is publishing the result of the 2024 index obtained on the basis of data for the year 2023.

The overall score for the gender professional equality index is 86/100 for the year 2024.
